Students brought bold, data-driven strategies to help Noble Community Clinics expand its reach and recruit talent during the Fall 2025 Case in Point Business Solutions Competition<\/a> at UW-Stevens Point. [View Photos<\/a>]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Case in Point provided 26 students who applied with hands-on consulting experience, working in teams to develop innovative solutions for a local partner, Noble Community Clinics. This year, five student teams, coached by faculty mentors, addressed the question: “What strategies might Noble Clinics implement to attract and\/or retrain dental professionals to their rural Wisconsin locations (Beaver Dam, Mauston, and Wautoma)?<\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teams proposed outreach initiatives through local chambers and schools to build community connections, introduced a predictive retention dashboard powered by AI, and designed referral programs supported by social media and authentic testimonial videos to boost trust and growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noble Community Clinics stands as a trusted healthcare provider, dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of our diverse community. Their team of professionals is driven by a shared commitment to providing quality care with respect, inclusivity and a focus on improving health outcomes for everyone we serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Case in Point competition is open to all UW-Stevens Point students and hosted by the Sentry School of Business and Economics. The extracurricular event prepares students for success in professional business careers and is supported by a generous gift from alumni Mark \u201985 and Julie Smiley \u201987. Now in its third year, the competition previously challenged students to help the Central Wisconsin Food Truck Association and the Stevens Point Area Convention & Visitors Bureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special thanks to the judges: Mike Beacom (Point Housing), Ivan Coziahr (Noble Clinics), Mary Flaker (Aspirus Health) and Lacey Piekarski (Wood County Human Services). And thanks to our coaches this year: Franciane Reinert Ce, Corey Huck, Jordan Juliani, Kit Kiefer and Tim Krause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
