That was the message as students, faculty and staff from the UW-Stevens Point <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwsp.edu\/hphd\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">School of Health Promotion &amp; Human Development<\/a> (HPHD) took part in the <a href=\"http:\/\/youonlybetterfair.com\/index.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">You \u2013 Only Better Health &amp; Wellness Fair<\/a> at the Stevens Point Holiday Inn &amp; Convention Center on Monday, Jan. 14.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the fair was to connect people in our community with experts in the seven dimensions of wellness (emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, social\/cultural, environment and occupational) and how each dimension plays a role in your overall health. The fair was free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>HPHD provided wellness coaching, health screenings, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwsp.edu\/cps\/contEd\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">continuing education options<\/a>, treats from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwsp.edu\/HPHD\/Pages\/cpsCafe\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">CPS Caf\u00e9<\/a> and information about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwsp.edu\/hphd\/adventuretours\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">UWSP Adventure Tours<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new year, a new you\u2013only better!
