The restaurant we come to for one of the best meals I\u2019ve ever eating. Ahi Tuna. A soy sauce marinade and sesame seed coating and pickled ginger and wasabi on the side.<\/p>\n<figure><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.uwsp.edu\/cps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2013\/06\/courtneydoorcty3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"courtneydoorcty3\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.uwsp.edu\/cps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2013\/06\/courtneydoorcty3.jpg\" width=\"576\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>\u2026Side. The side of the peninsula we\u2019re staying on is chock-full of sailboats and blue waters. Lake Michigan is cold but refreshing in this hot weather.<\/p>\n<figure><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.uwsp.edu\/cps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2013\/06\/courtneydoorcty1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3367\" alt=\"courtneydoorcty1\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.uwsp.edu\/cps\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2013\/06\/courtneydoorcty1.jpg\" width=\"576\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>\u2026Weather. The forecast has said cloudy and storms every day, yet we have yet to witness a drop of rain. This allowed us to hit Peninsula State Park beach for a few rays and for Dad and I to hop on our bikes to and from Bailey\u2019s Harbor. A beautiful ride across the peninsula and one of the most fun I\u2019ve ever done.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026Done. The vacation is not over, yet me sitting here writing is about to be.
