Hello Pointers! Across campus, there are many amazing spaces where you can go to study and focus. Here are a couple of my personal favorites!
Outside: Not only are there a bunch of picnic tables around campus that you can sit at, but there are also plenty of nice areas you can set out a blanket and sit at as well! One of these spots is on the lawn in front of the library. When it is nice outside, you can see many students sitting out there enjoying the nice weather!
Library: Speaking of the library, it is one of my new favorite areas to study on campus. It has multiple different study floors with comfortable seats, and everything you could need to study and get your work done. My personal favorite is the third floor, as the seats by the windows give you a nice view of campus.
CBB: The Chem-Bio building is another great place to study. With multiple spots to study and natural lighting from all the windows, it’s a great place to focus on your work. Not only that, there is a balcony at the top you can go out and study on, and it is a nice place to hang out.
DUC: The DUC is also a great place to study and get some work done. On the first floor, there are multiple study areas and the Homegrown café, in case you need some caffeine to fuel your studies. There are also plenty of areas to study on the second floor, as well as outdoor seating. It is near the food court as well, in case you need something to eat or drink!
