Completing financial aid forms can seem daunting to many. Our members in the Financial Aid and Veteran Scholarships found on the first floor of our new Student Resource Center are a great resource to help Pointers and their families understand the financial aid, scholarship, and military benefit processes.
At UWSP, we encourage all students to apply for financial aid, even if you don’t believe you
qualify for it. The federal aid application can also help determine your eligibility for loans, the
work study program, etc.
The application for the 2027-2028 school year opens October 1. It is completely FREE to apply and takes roughly 45 minutes to complete.
If you have any questions, our Financial Aid and Veteran Services staff are happy to help!
To schedule an appointment, students can either call the office at (715)-346-4771 or email at
finaid@uwsp.edu to set up an in-person meeting or zoom call. Walk-in assistance is available at
their office located at 900 Reserve St. in the Student Resource Center.
