Your PointCard is an important part of student life at UWSP. It gives you access to a variety of campus resources, services, and benefits that can make your college experience easier and more convenient. Some of the things you can use it for are:
- Meal plan and Dawg Dollar purchases
- Entering your residence hall
- Text rentals, library services, and interlibrary loans
- Fitness and recreation opportunities on all three campuses
- Free city bus rides
- Campus sporting events
- Many other UWSP services and benefits
- Take advantage of student discounts at various local businesses by simply showing your UWSP Student ID.
If you think your PointCard has been lost or stolen, do not worry! We will be covering all of the steps you can take to resolve those issues.
Replacing a Lost or Stolen PointCard
If you realize your PointCard is missing, the first thing you should do is deactivate it. Use the lost PointCard form to prevent the card from being used to access UWSP buildings and other secured areas.
You should also deactivate your card through the Transact eAccounts app to prevent access to your campus services.
If you have U.S. Bank ATM features enabled on your PointCard, you can either temporarily lock them if you think you may find your card or permanently disable them. This can be done by:
- Visiting a U.S. Bank branch
- Calling U.S. Bank at 715-343-2210 during business hours or 800-872-2657 after hours
- Locking the ATM features through the U.S. Bank mobile app or online banking
If your PointCard is lost or stolen, you can get a replacement at the PointCard Office during normal business hours. There is a $20 replacement fee. Your photo will already be on file, but you will need to bring another form of photo ID to verify your identity. Once your new PointCard is issued, your old card will automatically be deactivated.
