Stevie’s, the newly launched UW-Stevens Point food truck, invites you to indulge in a sensational culinary experience! Stevie’s Food Truck operates throughout UWSP’s campus, as well as many other surrounding Stevens Point areas.
Stevie’s menu is carefully crafted and circulated through a robust menu rotation that works to serve and meet the culinary delights and needs of students, staff, and members of the Stevens Point community. From a hearty meal and beverage, to a quick in-between class snack, Stevie’s has got you covered!
Stevie’s is a relatively new operation, and its growing success is credited to UWSP alum, Olivia Molle, and her Master of Business Administration fellowship. As Olivia and her board of mentors began to research ideas for her project, it became clear that people wanted UWSP to have a more prominent place in the community and in community events. According to Olivia, the idea of a UWSP food truck fit the goals of her project and the needs of those involved: to have something be used as recruitment, be available at athletic events, and be available at community events.
Perhaps one of the most exciting things about Stevie’s is that it is available for anyone to rent! Stevie’s will bring their kitchen directly to your location, no matter the type of event. Whether it is a corporate event, wedding reception, neighborhood gathering, graduation party, festival, or alumni event, Stevie’s can be there. Their most recent catering events include serving up for the Portage County Business Council, tailgating the UWSP annual Pink Game, and serving up for an event at the Steven’s Point Brewery.
