Did you know that UWSP has a Tutoring and Learning Center (TLC)?
This place offers services, programming, and courses that support students’ academic excellence across all disciplines in an inclusive environment. They provide peer-to-peer assistance through individual and small-group collaboration.
Some services they provide include:
Academic Coaching
- This includes making strategies for time management, study skills, test-taking anxiety, and more!
Class Specific Tutoring
- Develop skills that will help you understand content in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Natural Resources. This will be accomplished with discussion, review, and practice with a tutor.
Reading & Writing
- Work on assignments while deepening your reading and writing capacity.
Tech Essentials
- Learn how to work with UWSP Technology.
The TLC is located in the Collins Classroom Center (CCC) 234. Their hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can book an appointment through Navigate, call 715-346-3568, or email tlctutor@uwsp.edu.
