College is exciting but it can also come with stress, change and challenges. We want you to know you don’t have to navigate any of it alone.

Our Counseling Center provides compassionate, confidential support right on campus to help students thrive.

The Counseling Center offers:

  • Free and confidential counseling services for all enrolled students
  • Short-term individual counseling for issues like anxiety, depression, homesickness, stress, relationships, identity exploration and more
  • Crisis services and support for urgent needs
  • Group therapy and workshops that help students build resilience and skills
  • Referrals to off-campus providers for long-term or specialized care

All counseling is provided by licensed, professional staff. Services are confidential and records are protected.
