We’re committed to helping you succeed not just during college, but long after you graduate. The Academic and Career Advising Center (ACAC) provides personalized advising and career coaching to help students explore majors, set goals and build a path toward a fulfilling future.
Advising at Every Stage:
- Semesters 1–3: All first-year students are paired with a dedicated ACAC adviser who supports their transition to college, academic planning and early career exploration. Advisers get to know each student’s strengths, interests, and goals to offer thoughtful, customized guidance.
- Semester 4 to Graduation: Students are assigned a faculty adviser in their major department who helps guide them through advanced academic and career planning specific to their field.
Students are required to meet with their adviser at least once per semester, but those who meet more often typically succeed more!
