From the first stalks of rhubarb to sun-ripened tomatoes, the Stevens Point Farmers Market is full of fresh local produce, meats, baked goods, bagels, eggs, and freshly brewed coffee. Stop by to pick up seasonal favorites, support local vendors, and enjoy a lively market atmosphere. The market is open most Saturdays from 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, with some vendors staying until 5:00 PM depending on produce availability and weather. With the nice fall weather happening, you could hike up Rib Mountain. This is a great way to see nature and the leaves change during fall! The park is open year-round from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Taking a walk through Schmeeckle Reserve 🌲🥾
This is a 280-acre conservatory area on campus that is open to the public. Explore five miles of trails and boardwalks. The trail is open sunrise to sunset.
