Looking to stay active or try something new? The new Health and Wellness Center at UWSP offers free Group Exercise classes for all experience levels. Students can now enjoy a variety of group fitness classes taught by trained UWSP students! Classes include yoga, dance, cycling, Pilates, strength training, and aqua fitness. There’s something for every interest and entry level.  

The best part is all you need is your UWSP ID. All equipment is provided, and no registration is required. When you arrive, simply scan your ID card and let the staff at the front desk know which fitness class you’d like to attend. They’ll give you a colored slip for that class. Then, find the room for your chosen session, hand the slip to the instructor, and enjoy your workout!
