All incoming students should attend an in-person orientation session before arriving on campus in the fall.
Orientation is the perfect time to become familiar with campus and the many resources available to you. At Orientation, you will meet current students who are happy to answer any questions you may have about life as a Pointer.
Additionally, you will also meet other incoming students. This is a great time to branch out and make friends with your fellow Pointers.
At Orientation, you will also have time to pick up your student ID, and you are able to go on (optional) campus tours.
Orientation is here to set you up for success as you transition into college life. I know that when I was an incoming freshman, I felt like I had something new to worry about every day. Attending Orientation can allow you to settle those worries and have some fun at your new home!
