Fall semester is in full swing here at UWSP and we cannot get enough of all UWSP has to offer! Fall semester is a bustling time for our students as they take classes, join organizations, play sports, and settle into their home away from home. In between all of the semester’s craziness, I try and make it a priority to grab a group of friends and do something fun. A great way to get out of your dorm room is to attend a fall sporting event!
UWSP has a wide range of athletic teams that train hard all year long to compete against other teams in their division. UWSP’s fall sports line-up includes football, men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s golf, cross-country, and women’s volleyball. This provides students with a variety of different sporting events for students to attend all week long.

Friday, September 27
Men’s Tennis ITA Regionals
Head to St. Peter, Minnesota and support the team in their weekend long tournament.
Sunday, September 29
Men’s Golf UW-Stout Invitational
Head to Lake Geneva Wisconsin and support the team in the last event of their season!
Friday, October 4
Women’s Golf WIAC Championship
Head down to Reedsburg, Wisconsin and support the team in there weekend long, end of season tournament!
Saturday, October 5
Homecoming/Spud Bowl Football Game
Homecoming game and the Spud Bowl will be a joint event this year as UWSP takes on UW-Stout! The game will happen in Community Stadium at Goerke Park at 1:00 p.m. Make Sure to check out the tailgate before the game for some fun activities!
Friday, October 11
Women’s Volleyball Papa John’s Invite
Catch the team take on Augustana and Wheaton Colleges in their home tournament happening in Berg Gym!
Saturday, October 26
Women’s Tennis Women’s Intercollegiate Athletic conference
Head down to Madison, Wisconsin to support the team in their end of season conference!
Saturday, November 2
Senior Day Football Game
UWSP with take on UW-Platteville in Community Stadium at Goerke Park at 1:00 p.m.
