The Blevons Group, affiliated with Northwestern Mutual, is recognizing University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point senior Daniel Zak ’15 as a Winter Camp winner. Winter Camp is a reward to the Northwestern Mutual’s top 100 interns for high productivity during the production months of Aug. 22 through Dec. 19, 2014. Zak, a business administration major, is being honored as an outstanding performer by building a strong practice through delivering consistent quality service to clients.
“Challenging times call for financial security strategies, and in Stevens Point, Dan has led the way this year, helping families revisit their priorities and protect what matters most,” said John Dinse, director of internship development.
Each year, Northwestern Mutual’s internship program, which was named as having one of America’s “Top 10 Internships” 18 consecutive times since 1997 according to the 2014 Vault Guide to Internships, provides real-world opportunities for more than 2,800 full-time college and university students throughout the country. Since 1967, more than 25,000 students nationwide have participated in the company’s internship program.
