Pointers,
Hang in there! We are almost there; one more week! You can do it!
ROTC has been pretty busy. As I mentioned in my last post, April was the busiest month for ROTC. We held Reeder’s Ruck and it was a complete and total success! This post is going to be mostly pictures with a little information thrown in here and there. If you would like some more detailed explanations of anything, visit our Facebook page or our Eventbrite page.
This year, we kicked off the event by inviting Mayor Wiza to shoot a howitzer. This was something that we had never done before and required a lot of coordination with the city. This really put our communication and coordination skills with the community to the test.
Even some of our furry friends came to join us!
Some made it a family affair!
We were joined by Pointers past and present.
Congrats to the top finishers in their age group!
And of course, this event would not be possible without the help, support, and love of Mr. and Mrs. Reeder.
We want to thank everyone who came out to help and support us. We also want to thank those who participated and donated. This year was such a success and we hope to make next year even better. We’ll see you there! More photos can be found on our SmugMug account.
Until next time! Pointers Lead the Way!
