HPW Student Internship Experience – Anthony Friese Spring 17′

This past semester at Flexible Fitness Solutions was fantastic. Kevin, the owner, and all of the people who attended the gym really accepted me into their family, it will be difficult to
leave. My responsibilities included organizing the yearly weight loss challenge, running different types of group fitness classes, and personal training. The classes taught ranged from youth sports development, dynamic strength class, to kickboxing. I actually enjoyed programming for all my personal training sessions and groups classes so I could incorporate current and new protocols to keep the workouts entertaining and effective.
