Cory Thorson ’12 graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in business administration while taking classes at UW-Marathon County in Wausau. Cory attended school while running his own business–Composite Envisions in the Wausau Industrial Park.
UW-Stevens Point and UW-Marathon County are working together to offer a bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration at the UWMC campus. A concentration in management and minors in economics and accounting are also offered. Additional areas of business study can be completed at UWSP. You determine where you take your UWSP business courses. A combination of face-to-face instruction and other learning technologies is used to offer upper level courses on the UWMC campus.
