As a part of the UW-Stevens Point Alumni Alumni College Experiences (ACE), Associate Professor of Business Ricardo Boeing reviews marketing on a professional and personal level in a three-part series.

ACE is a program from the UW-Stevens Point Alumni Association that taps into and nurtures the desire for lifelong learning. ACE is an educational tool composed of nontraditional “classes” that bring a bit of the UWSP campus to alumni, wherever they may be. Each ACE class is broken down into sessions featuring short videos on a topic of interest, curated and presented by faculty, staff and guest lecturers. No tests or quizzes are given, but questions, which are relayed to presenting professors, are encouraged and will be answered in future videos as time allows.

Professor Boeing received his Ph.D. from FGV/EAESP in Brazil in 2012. He also spent a year as a research scholar at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he completed his dissertation research and participated in multiple Ph.D. courses. He has been at UWSP since 2015. He is a Marketing professor and the Internship Director for the School of Business and Economics. His research interests are related to consumer behavior and promotional strategies.
