Fourth-year UW-Stevens Point interior architecture student Meg Buchmann (second from left) received a $1,000 scholarship award from the Wisconsin Chapter of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) on Thursday, Sept. 27. In addition, Veta Traxler ’09 was awarded the ASID Wisconsin Chapter Top 5 Under 5 Award for serving as co-chair for the Emerging Professionals Committee where she developed the “ASID Wisconsin Graduation Packet” to promote recent graduates to become involved in ASID.
Samantha Longshore ’10 also received a Certificate of Appreciation for her contributions to the WI Chapter.
